English Management Direct (EMD) is a leading immigration consultant offering consultancy services in Immigration Advice, ESOL and Citizenship courses, TEFL Courses and Business Trainings. EMD approached Fullestop to develop a system for effective online learning and collaboration for their students and staff, and an online resource for their students and clients. 

Goal: 

The Goal was to have a platform to conduct fully online courses with best set of tools to manage and promote online learning which can be scaled to very large deployments. The system was also needed to be designed in such a way that reflects their business model and information structure. 

Solution: 

Fullestop achieved the objectives by giving attention to requirements and exploring the power of Moodle to accomplish the goals. Extensive work was done in following areas to utilize Moodle’s powerful features and to tailor them according to specific business needs: 

Presentation customization: The design was modified by our team respecting Moodle’s conventions and the entire application layout was created from scratch. This included creating flash elements, images, extended UIs, enhanced navigation and additional layout elements. 

Module / code customization: Our team customized many of the core modules to achieve the desired features and functionalities.  Core enhancements were done in Student Login area and Course sections to achieve specific business functions.
