Steel Structure Equipment Factory of Dalian Huarui Co.,Ltd. has independent operation qualification for production and operation business including undertaking equipment, fitting-up and welding material preparation and associated processing, further processing of steel material providing associated parts for mechanical and electrical product as well as sales of steel material to outside customer.

Our factory has over 200 regular employees, in which 62 persons are for management, and 30 persons for engineering who have high technical post, and 118 skilled workers for production. Additionally, over 500 skilled workers are from the other six outside associated processing production sites.

“Welding Technology Research Institute” is a scientific research organization of DHI·DCW for welding technology and welding training. It has a scientific research team integrating young and high quality personnel and advanced equipment for welding research ， and is capable of undertaking scientific and research works 。

五、人员资质1. 接工程焊 师 IWE: 具有 IWE （国 接工程 ） 称际焊 师 职 4 人，中 以上 称级 职 30 人。2. 工焊 Welder Qualification ：（ 1 ）持有《 炉 力容器 力管道 工》 的 工锅 压 压 焊 证书 焊 20 人以上；（ 2 ）持有 EN287 工 的 工焊 证书 焊 10 人；具有独立的 接培 中心，可 行 工培 与考 。焊 训 进 焊 训 证3. 探 人伤 员 NDT Qualification ：（ 1 ）国内中国无 会和国家 疫 局 ：损检测协 检验检 总 颁发证书 UT-6 人； MT-4 人； PT-4 人； RT-2 人；（ 2 ） WTI 颁发 EN473 ：证书 UT-1 人； MT-1 人； PT-1 人。

There are 4 International Welding Engineers. And there are about 30 high-level welding engineers.

2. Welder Qualification:

There are about 40 welders obtained EN 287 welder certificate.

3. NDT Qualification

There are 5 persons for NDT working whose have UT/MT/PT certificates, including EN 473 NDT standard.

Stator housing is our experienced product. The first stator housing was delivered on 21st, June 2008. Our cooperation guest is ALSTOM. Till now, we have delivered twenty stator housings to ALSTOM. The stator housing include three types for 120 、 138 、 144. Details please see following table.
