Objective
To cater to customer requirements Diksha applied the D3(Dissect, Design, Deploy) approach which was synonymous to customer’s Build-Operate-Transfer
Diksha deployed an onsite-offshore model to manage costs effectively Migration and Integration projects were run by two parallel teams working out of different locations around
New Zealand. BaU Configuration team was trained in parallel to seamlessly continue operations post go-live
Solution
Diksha earned appreciation from one and all for integrating more than 100 points in record time. Our team was successful in breaking down this complex requirement into simple solutions. This work included interfacing with various teams, reviewing and revamping old code base, documenting new solutions.
Customer was one of the operators to go-live with Kenan FX 2 with the least hassle. All tasks were completed with high accuracy with minimal change to the original timelines plan.
Diksha handles customer’s entire configuration requirements and production support activities in the new system today.
