2. Give a possibility to rally enthusiasts to create and manage virtual rally team and learn most of rally subtleties, which are usually hidden and people don't see them while watching rally events. In short, we want to educate and entertain people.

3. For rally professionals it's a chance to use their practical skills in theory. It's a possibility to do training without getting into a rally car. This allows to save budget of a real rally team.

4. We would like to create rally wiki type of website, where everyone could find information about rally sport.
