Optional Signatures & Initials

Specify locations for optional signatures and initials

Use EchoSign Text Tags, PDF form fields, or simply drag-and drop onto the

document before sending. (See: creating EchoSign forms using Text Tags or PDF Form Fields)

Signers may choose to sign, initial or skip optional signatures or initials

You may track which locations were signed by exporting the signer

document’s form field values to an Excel file.
