When the moon and earth are in line with the sun, the asteroid that's in the middle cover the light of the sun and projects its shadow.

The first dog in space

The dog Laika was the first living animal to orbit around the Earth. He was on board the Soviet spacecraft Sputnik 2 on 3 November 1957, a month after Sputnik 1 satellite was launch.
