Types of Print Options
• Print• Print Preview• Print Wizard• Select Print Area
Print Option
• Designate the printer• Then set the size of paper on which you want to print
Print Preview
• Edit Header• Edit Footer• Edit Border• Page Setup• Zoom• Print the Model
Header and Footer
• Change Font• Insert Model Name• Insert Date & Time• Type in your own notes
Page Setup
• Margins• Force to Printout Black and White
Zoom
• Multiple levels to review print request
Print Wizard
Three Options
• Print the View Area• Print a series of maps• Select an Area to Print
Display Options
• Ability to make changes to the Display Options of the model
Select Print Area
• After you select Print Area option, you will then designate the area• Tip: then this option takes on the characteristics of the Print Preview Option

Legend
• When Printing in Color, the DISPLAY MODE LEGEND will aid in the presentation of the map documents
Adjusting the Labels
• From the View menu, click Display Options to adjust the Labels.
Showing Labels for Specific Equipment• From the Utilities menu, click Global Editor• Then select the Select All Elements option• After all elements are selected, use the Filter Setto select the equipment that you want the Labels to show• Then Edit Set to designate the Label Visible to True and apply filter
Showing Labels for Specific Equipment• Use the View menu, click Circuit Element Label tab and select the option for the As Individually Set
