Client

• A government agency required Evolver’s client to produce all data in native format regardless of whether redactions were needed.

• Outside counsel representing the client sought a native copy of all responsive Microsoft Excel files for manual review and text deletion not otherwise possible in the hosted environment containing all other ESI data.

Problem

• This method of manual document review and production of excel files proposed by outside counsel: – creates no record of text deleted for future reference– has no method of quality control management– provides no unified location of all ESI data produced in a project
