OverviewOverview
Floodplain Management, while sole responsibility of Floodplain Administrator (FPA), cannot be accomplished in a vacuum.
Proper floodplain management may involve multiple factors, agencies and departments including the Planning Commission and Planner
In the advisory role, the Planner should consider floodplain issues in conjunction with zoning and subdivision regulations, site plans, plats, and other review requirements
