TMID-SIGN

Signing documents is still a complex process at the end of a long negotiation period. But without signature, most documents are useless.

Then the bottleneck comes up : your process slows down and you can't close sales quickly because you suddenly have to switch back to paper process in order to get an agreement or final contract signed. The specific document can be a business document, a contract, an administrative document, a delivery note, etc …

Managing the contract execution and getting signature on the official paper document is a transaction that could take days because of having to route if to different parts of the company or even different regions or countries.

With ID-SIGN™ the signing device can exist of an electronic sign pad or an electronic identity card or both. The signing offers you secured electronic documents. The procedure helps you saving time and trees. The document doesn't need to be print several times.

The application provides evidence of the signer's authenticity with proof of the signer's identity, document integrity and originality. Any user that modifies and saves the document after it has been sealed will invalidate the signature(s).

For the first time , by using ID-SIGN™, implementations of electronic signature solutions in places where smart ID cards are already in place (or planned to be in place) can take advantage of the two factor signatures and use the national ID cards for signing documents and contracts and adding on it handwritten electronic signatures using an electronic pad.

The solution already supports various card formats, card readers and languages. Please contact us for further information and finding if we can support your local requirements.
