Use RF Propagation models

2 Raster based .grd layers convert to classification vector layers for coverage (Good, Better, Best)

RSSI - RasterCellCoercer -> creates polygons the same size as raster cell.

Inside Point replacer -> creates point at center

Ctol – RasterCellCoercer

PointOnArea Overlayer -> so we can get Ctol and RSSI values associated with the same Polygon

Attribute Creator -> Assign Category depending on RSSI and Ctol values

Aggregate and Dissolve, Smoothed, Loaded to SQL Server

Used Grid – Small buffer of Grid, get extents of each grid.

Set grid value as kml_region_group
