The event Organized by LUGB(Linux User Group Bikaner) and traditionally followed from FOSS GN 09 & RAJASFOSS'10 in order to spread The knowledge of “FOSS” .

It ran parallel to SANGAM, techno management fest of Engineering College Bikaner Society. The event welcomed100 plus delegates.

A month before the event, SFD(Software Freedom Day) organized to prepare a ground for newbies.

Preparation for the event Foss'11 started before a week , by Installing Linux Distros on the machines , managing the website.. Scheduling talks to fit in various domains to cater the audience needs & well suit better alignment.

MANISH SHANDILIYA a technical entrepreneur & software Developer, programmer from Rajasthan formed an amazing & interactive session on Pythons basics.

Kailash , Manuwar and other Members of lugb created group of students and given practical training on Linux Installation and Customization

Day-2 [09:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M]

Than Our team created groups of five students and given practical training on Drupal Basics & Installation

Kailash formed an amazing & interactive session on Py-Qt basics. Through VNC viewer practical sessions were performed

Then our Guest , a Technical entrepreneur & Director of EME Technology ,Chandigarh given Talk on Open Source languages , and also introduced folks about there benefits in Software market.

Then next session of Python was completed by Manish Sir

Then Quiz was organized on Open Source Technologies and prizes were distributed .

Finally the event winded up with great fun and enjoyment .
