GeoPal creates significant efficiencies in managing scheduling and dispatching jobs to teams
for cleaning, maintenance, or quality checks. Save time to get more work completed.
View the real-time location of cleaning and maintenance
staff to assign jobs to the person closest to the job site,
eg. for unplanned maintenance requests.
Schedule planned cleaning and maintenance work to staff
and dispatch to their mobile with full details of accommodation
location, and tasks to be completed, ruling out the need to
return to the office between jobs.

instructions and real-time job status reports sent back to the office.
• Staff receive their jobs on their mobile phone and can see
the exact location of the job and the time allotted to the job.

• To provide proof of work completed, staff scan an RFID tag when arriving and departing
from accommodation units, noting time and location.
• Each task carried out at the accommodation unit is confirmed on the mobile.
• Confirmation of tasks completed is time and date stamped and transferred to the web
management system in real time.
