GoTx 2190 | 2260 Direct-to-Textile PrintersThe GoTx 2190 and 2260 are industrial fully integrated direct-to-fabric “Everything Textile” printing systems. With a maximum print width of 74-inches (GoTx 2190) and 104-inches (GoTx 2260), the GoTx offer versatile dual staggerd printhead technology and a configu-rable 8-color ink channel system for a high resolution textile imaging at amazingly fast print speeds. The GoTX textile printing system is modular and includes an inline curing station, a unique textile media handling system, the ability to work with virtually all types of digital textile inks and has an optional roll-to-roll pre-coater for fabric pre-treatment.

Ideal ApplicationsThe GoTx 2190 and 2260 can use multiple ink types such as dispersed dye (sublimation) for direct-to-fabric pigment ink for cotton, reactive dyes for natural fibers and acids for silk and nylon and can accommodate up to 95% of all fabrics which are digitally printable. Application posibilities includes flags, banners, soft signage, athletic jerseys, swimwear, fashion wear, soft furnishing, cut and sew dye sublimation apparel and much more.

GoTx 1900PT | 2600PT Fabric Pre-Treatment SystemPrecise even pre-treatment of fabrics for pigment inks are essential for providing added color gamut, and wash fastness. The GoTx® pre-treatment module was designed to do more than just wet fabric. An atomizing nozzle lays the correct amount of pre-treatment solution to the top surface of fabric without the underside getting wet. This results in the fabric hand and weight not changing in production.

GoTx 1900FX | 2600FX Heat Fixation SystemThe GoTx® 1900FX/2600FX Horizontal Fixation machines are powerful fixation units for sublimation and pigment inks. Designed for the GoTx® 2190/2260 printers for seamless productivity on or off line, the units offer greater productivity.

Utilizing quad zone heater element plates below and above, the media passes horizontally where the fabric is not touched during cure. For consistency no IR heatlamps are employed so to avoid cool cure zones across the media. Fixation on a horizontal path provides bet-ter control and avoids smoke, steam or oil which can be dragged across the media for a perfect image.

Pigment.inc P60i Pigment InkPigment.inc’s P60i is high quality and high performance eco-friendly “green” textile pig-ment ink specifically developed and formulated for the GoTx direct-to-textile printing sys-tems. The P60i ink features super-nano pigments with a new latex derived binder for enhanced adhesion to both coated and uncoated cotton fabrics. The P60i ink offers an incredible color brightness, color density and a wide color gamut generally found with traditional dye sublimation and reactive inks, the images are truly remarkable and vibrant.

Pigment.inc’s P60i ink requires no water, no pre-treatment, no steaming or washing in the production process making it the “greener” solution in the digital textile printing industry. In addition, the P60i ink is available in 9 different colors which includes CMYK, Orange, Grey, Red, Violet and Green. The ink is packaged in degassed bag system designed to deliver outstanding performance with less clogging and maintenance needs.

Pigment.inc P40i Dye Sub InkPigment.inc’s P40i is high quality and high performance dye sublimation ink featuring an amazing vibrant colors including three neon colors with a patent pending enhanced tack technology. The P40i ink provides a color gamut 30%-40% greater than standard dye sublimation ink. In fact, P40i ink offers the widest color gamut in the industry and this ex-panded color gamut is available in 4, 6, 8 or 12 color sets or in any combination.
