Basic Needs !
• Has a genuine interest in and commitment to the Challenge.
• Spends a lot of time on the internet.
• Displays a sense of professionalism in work and actions.
• Is highly organized.
• Is a quick learner and takes initiative to find needed answers.
• Does not require guidance to get things done.
Common Mistakes!
• Do not depend on friendship when you create your team, base your choice on the level of talent you can expect from one another.
• Do add a member that does not proved his experience and seriousness before.
Functional Roles:

• Client Relations Coordinator
Team Leader/Project Manager
• ensures that the team does not deviate from competition guidelines and requirements.
• keeps your team on top of deadlines for the report submissions and the Google Adwords campaign
• constantly checks over keywords, ad copy and landing pages to make sure they properly reflect the goals of the client.
Pure Pay-Per-Click Manager
• handle the entire interface of the Google Adwordscampaign management; overseeing keywords, ads and bids.
• An in-depth knowledge of Google Adwords is essential for this position.
• Any team members who have previous experience with Google Adwords are perfect for this position.
Report Analyst
• handles day-to-day reporting of campaign metrics to the rest of the team.
• has a deep understanding of the interfaces and features of Google Analytics, Adwords Report Center and other analytics software implemented in the campaign.
• interpret large data sets and provide valuable insight.
Web Developer
• deploys and optimizes landing pages used for the campaign.
• works with the client to improve the main website if it is appropriate.
• especially needed if the client does not have a website or a web developer on staff.
• needs to be comfortable working with HTML,CSS and a graphic design program. Knowledge of javascript and server side scripting languages such as PHP or ASP is a plus in case the client website utilize them.
Client Relations Coordinator
• Maintains close contact with the client regarding progress with the campaign.
• Helps the client formulate special online offers to add value to the Google Adwords campaign. For example, the special discount coupon for customers clicking on the Google Adwords advertisement.
• Communicates team suggested improvements to the client's website and marketing plan
• should document all implemented marketing strategies to incorporate into the post-campaign report.

SELECTING A Client
• You believe & interest in the client's product or service
• The client should be active with you.
• The client’s business has limited competition.
• The client’s services should be attractive itself.
• The client's website is feasible.
• The selected business or organization should not have used AdWords within the last six months.
