New Application Roll In Methodology New Open Systems Batch Schedule Request For all new applications, jobs, resources, alerts, javascripts, etc., that need to be added, the following steps need to be performed:

For all new conversions to dSeries, an email must be composed and sent to VZW dSeries Scheduling team/email distribution before any ACSR request are submitted for the project assigned.

Submit the dSeries Agent Install ACSR for CA dSeries Agent deployment. The instructions for how to submit a dSeries Agent Install ACSR for CA dSeries are located via the following link: dSeries ACSR - Agent Request Forms.

Create and schedule a ‘CR’ VCOP for production install “add vcop instructions here”

Complete the Open Systems Job Inventory Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is located on the Open Systems Scheduling Sharepoint site link, Open Systems Job Inventory Spreadsheet.

Submit the dSeries Open Systems Scheduling New Complex/Standard Request ACSR form. The instructions on how to submit an ACSR for dSeries Open Systems Scheduling New Complex/Standard Request are located via the following link: ACSR for dSeries Open Systems Scheduling New Complex/Standard Request.
