After experimenting with some small-scale production of instruc-tional videos in-house, SurveyMonkey chose to partner with Grovo due to its rapid content development and cloud training pedigree. Although SurveyMonkey prides itself on its easy-to-use platform, team members must undergo training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the SurveyMonkey service. SurveyMonkey is committed to educating its employees, but as the team continues to grow, one-on-one training for new hires is increasingly difficult. In addition, SurveyMonkey routinely updates its service with new features and products, and education is necessary to demonstrate and explain changes, even for long-term team members.

Grovo delivered a suite of over 40 instructional videos explain-ing how to navigate the SurveyMonkey platform and offering best practices for designing, distributing, and analyzing surveys. These videos were quickly integrated into the SurveyMonkey Help Cen-ter. In addition, Grovo produced alternate versions of the instruc-tional videos in multiple languages to accommodate SurveyMon-key’s large international customer base.
