Guide to Access UVA Report
1. Log into Eschool2. Click on Cognos Reporting on left side3. Click on In Development4. Click on Report Validation5. Click on UVA Report6. Click on Your School-follow screen shot below!7. Click FINISH
Once your report appears it will look like this:
Click on the arrow to the right of the Icon that looks like a washing machine with an earth in the middle! You will see exporting options that include: View in HTML Format, View in PDF Format, View in XML Format, View in Excel Options
You have two options that will work best.
1. Click on View in PDF Format to see the report as a PDF to print. You can not manipulate the data when it is converted into a PDF, however you do get a printable format of the report. Be patient-this takes a few minutes!
2. Click on View in Excel Options and then select version of excel on your computer-Be patient-this takes a few minutes!
Help sessions are scheduled for principals who can also bring two teachers to look at the sorting capabilities and customization possibilities within excel for this report. The lab has been reserved for these sessions on the following dates from 3:00-5:00. Please email me to sign up for one of the following sessions if you desire more assistance.
