Is there any cost to use your services? There is never any cost or fee to use the HelmsBriscoe (HB) site-selection service. We receive a

placement fee from the hotel (similar to the way a real estate agent works). We also never require a contract for you to work with us. Therefore, you are under no obligation to use our services. We are confident you will see first-hand all the benefits we can bring to your group.

If the rates we get are higher than yours, you won't use our services! And since we don't require a contract, you'd thank us for our time and walk away. Therefore, our goal is to get the same or better rates without any markup.

Do you only work with certain hotel chains? NO! We can work with any hotel in the world, and our hotel selection is driven by your needs,

you may need a more budget-oriented hotel for sales meetings while you may want to wow your clients with a luxury hotel for incentive trips. This allows us to be CLIENT driven and find the best fit for your needs.

What are some of the benefits of using HelmsBriscoe for hotel site search?

Our sheer purchasing power. Our 22,000 clients place over a million dollars in hotel revenue EACH DAY--the largest procurer of hotel space. We rely on our network of associates for feedback on hotels and destinations in order to recommend the perfect hotels for your needs. We utilize our internal intranet database of client experiences and our own personal site visits. We can also invite you to exclusive HB events and familiarization trips. This will greatly reduce your cost to learn about new destinations because you can remove a lot of travel expense from your budget. Because we take the hours of research off your shoulders, you can use that time to do what you do best--work on the conference program and strategy. We also have the ear of the senior sales level of all the hotel chains, that may be able to provide you with assistance in case of any disputes or issues that arrive. If one of our clients face an attrition problem, we will email our 900 associates to see if another HB client can help fill that space, thereby reducing or eliminating any attrition charges you may face.
