“We worked with a lot of Excel sheets and our

reports were based on data that was

sometimes as much as six to eight weeks

old”.

performance indicators (KPIs) was a necessity to

measure performance.

Thanks to CXAIR we spend less time

collecting data and we can spend more time on

the analysis thereof. Managers can click through from a KPI

dashboard to the underlying information to see what’s

going on.

Due to CXAIR’s flexible nature, the

VERA KPIs for management, regulators

and partners were quickly established,

with CXAIR unifying data from the

Navison database and other sources for

a far more up-to-date output of key

information.

With the search technology that powers

does not rely on pre-aggregating data,

sub-second response times when

drilling down to a granular level are

possible.

On the subject of big data, Van Iersel

claimed that “by choosing CXAIR we have

already pre-empted these developments.

We are ready for the future”.
