• Quorum was looking for an integrated solution that met the needs of the following functions:

• Accounting• Professional Services billing• Time tracking• Tracking of projects (budget, hours, demographics)• Integration between the CRM solution

• Quorum purchased HCM and PSA initially, and just went live with payroll last year• All Consultants use the system to track their time and view and edit projects• Practice Leaders use the system to manage a project’s health, manage their

entire portfolio of projects, determine actual to budget and assign the correct resources

Quorum’s Workday Journey…. Today


• On Workday 28 today• Quorum uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which is interfaced to Workday for

specific sets of data (resources, resource rates, customers, etc..)• Recently installed a simple resource scheduling application to help manage

resource schedules today• Will move to Workday Forecasting in version 29 or 30, when it allows entry by

number of hours instead of % of resource

• The business unit leader identifies the resources available, corresponding task assignments and project administrative information
