Then an oDesk Agency could be your answer.

How do you open an agency?

•From your contractor or client profile page•Click on the settings button on the top right corner

Step 1

Step 2Under the user settings on the left hand side of your screen you will find +Create a company

Once you click on that, you will have two options

1. Create an Agency2. Create a Client

Company

Choose your preferred agency nameI chose to call mine “My oDesk Agency” for

demonstration purposesClick on the Create Agency button

Step 3

Step 4Your oDesk Agency has now been

successfully createdYour next step should be to browse

for jobs

Step 5Your account is readyYou have started browsing for, applying, and probably getting jobsNow all you need is contractorsQuickly and easily find contractors and send out invites

Step 6Next step is to get ready for the payments that are surely comingClick on the “Wallet” buttonGo to the “Set up a Withdrawal Method” button

Step 7oDesk will present you with withdrawal options that are available in your country

Choose as many as you want and fill out the required details

The withdrawal methods may take up to a few days to be completely set up

Step 8a

After selecting your withdrawal methods you need to fill out taxation forms

If you are living in the United States then you will be required to fill in Form W9

Step 8b

If you do not live in the United States you will be required to fill in Form W8BEN

Your oDesk Agency is now completeFamiliarize yourself with agency reports like the

Timesheet Details report

Remember to read the oDesk Policy Statements

Make sure you go through the oDesk User Agreements

Make arrangements to pay your contractors for fixed price jobs on

time
