Step 1Select the Miscellaneous Payment link in your PayClix ‘Dashboard’

Step 2Select the method of payment from the drop-down menu.

Step 2aIf you select the debit card option, you must enter the 1st six digits of the card, to verify the eligibility for debit card transaction fees.

If the digits identify the card as a non-federally regulated debit card, then typical credit card processing fees will apply and this message will be displayed.

Step 3Enter the amount you wish to pay

Step 4Select continue to enter the payment information for the method of payment selected

Step 5All fields must be entered with the customers information

This information helps us comply with the Patriot Act and makes sure that a valid transaction is being processed.

Then you must scroll down the webpage to reach step 6

Step 6The routing/transit number and bank account number must be entered.

You must also identify if is a checking or savings account, as well as a personal or business account.

You can retain the payment information, if this will not be a one-off payment for this customer

Step 7Select submit payment to complete the transaction.

Step 6Click submit to process the payment
