How to Retrieve Deleted Contacts and Messages from LG G2

Not long ago, an acquaintance of mine asked me to help him retrieve the

deleted contacts and messages from his LG G2 phone, because he found that

some of the useful had been removed with the useless by mistake. Finally, the

deleted have been retrieved by the method which is illustrated below.

First and foremost, download and install an Android phone data recovery app

in computer.

The app applied in this case is iSunshare Android Data Genius which is a

program used for retrieving deleted contacts and text messages from Android

phones.

Second, connect the phone with the computer by means of USB cable.

In this step, one thing should be strengthened is that the USB debugging in the

phone must be turned on. Furthermore, in LG G2 phone with Android 4.2.2

operating system, it can be turned on through the following method.

Settings>General>About phone>Software information>Build number (tap it for

5 to 7 times until a hint informs you that you are now a developer.)>Back to

General>Developer options>USB debugging>Yes

Third, root the phone to gain root access.

With root access, the app installed can be permitted to retrieve the deleted

phone data.

Fourth, start the app to scan the deleted contacts and messages from the

phone.

Fifth, save the retrieved contacts and messages from the app to the computer.

The app chooses the retrieved and the existing automatically, so all of them

can be saved to a specified folder in the computer by clicking Recover button.
