The New Hire Report shows applicants that havejoined the company as New Hires within a given time frame.

• Different countries have varying data requirements and formatting requirements.

• Because of this, the New Hire report within Oracle HRMS is set up to meet each state’s data and formatting requirements.

• To create printed reports of the personal information held for one person, you can run the Full Personal Details report set.

• The Full Personal Details report set comprises four reports that meet employees’ rights to view their own personal details under data protection legislation.

The Assignment Status Report:

• Displays a list of people assigned to particular organizations, jobs, positions and grades with specific assignment statuses

• If you select both applicants and employees as person types, the report prints out in two sections, otherwise it prints for the type that you select.

• Standard letters enable you to manage your enterprises recruitment activities

• Using Oracle HRMS, you can issue standard letters to applicants triggered by changes in assignment status

– For example, you can set up a rejection letter that is triggered when an applicants assignment status is set to Rejected
