Iceland Airline engages employees with a social intranet portal & automates
internal processes
Customer Profile:
Primera Air is a leisure airline in Iceland, with bases in Denmark,
Sweden, Finland and Norway. It employs 400 people and transports
annually over 1 million people.
Business Need:Primera Air wanted to implement a
centralized branded portal to capture all internal company
information, department collaboration and to automate
business processes.
Primera Air identified four areas of concern,
which they wanted to address with this solution
