• This tool goes one step further and provides information of the

availability of the person, contact details of employee, manager

details, team hierarchy details, facilities available in different rooms


• Availability of employee: Finding person or conference room

availability.

• Contact Details of employee: Contact details like e-mail Skype,

extension number, mobile number is just 1 click away

• Facilities of Infrastructure: Information of the facilities available in

different rooms, canteens, areas.

• Employees detailed information: Detailed information of an

employee, his engagement with a project, project manager, team

hierarchy and other contact details are available in the Organization

map.

Automatic timesheet loader–Dynamic Coders

About the Idea:

• A batch application which helps employees to reduce their efforts on

adding daily timesheets in the timesheet application.

• Employees can fill the timesheets in a predefined Excel template and

put it on a centralized repository daily before given timeline, this batch

process will run daily in non working hours and deal with loading the

data from Excel sheets to the timesheet application.


• Reusability: Some times employees need to fill up multiple

timesheets for different projects, it becomes easier to copy

timesheets when we work with excel rather than the timesheet app.

• Load balancing: User will require to login into app only once to submit

the timesheet, which will help in reducing load on the server

(specially during month ends)

• Automation: This is a basic and simple process, which can help the

organization reduce employee efforts and time in filling up the

timesheets.

• Future enhancements: Setup email notifications to users when batch

fails to find timesheet or upload timesheet.

manager on reaching employee’s destination when its late in the

night.

• Employee can configure destination time, when he/she is supposed

employees and can see reports for employee’s daily data.

• Manager gets an email/ SMS notification on employee’s safe arrival

at the destination

About the Idea:• Project proposes an Online HR Appraisal & Review system accessible on the

intranet

• Employees can write about his work and achievements done in a quarter.

• Manager will be able to review his employee’s comments by logging into the

system and add his comments

• KRAs will be identified, quantified and will be added in the system by the

manager, and employee has to rate himself on the defined KRA’s.

• Finally employee’s and manager’s rating will be stored in the system and will be

available online any time

• Ask HR is a system designed to address employees queries by providing them a

single point of contact which will be a screen, where employees ask their

queries and internally system generates email alerts to the responsible person,

which can then be sent to the queries to the concerned people like HR, admin

& IT

employer, due to online availability of information

their timings on a daily basis.

case the attendance irregularities are due to glitches in the entry-

exit entries.

Sync events in Outlook calendar–Logic Winners

About the Idea:

• A web application that assists in event reminders through

calendar invites in the email.

• Admin user can send event schedule to multiple users based on

their category (Manger, heads, HR etc.) and Team (AX, PHP, Java,

Designers..etc)

• Sync events from csv upload: Admin user can upload multiple

events and user information that would be received by defined

users in the email.


• The sync event in email keeps employees informed on key

information relevant to their role, removing the burden of

scheduling events and meetings.

• By means of the project, employees can schedule his/her

meetings accordingly.

• The project keeps employees up-to-date on meeting goals,

progress, and most importantly, opportunities to get involved in

the major/ minor discussions.

About the Idea:

This is a SharePoint O365 site by which any organization can

manage tasks among its employees. This project contains a

dashboard which includes Task Summary and various views like

Today’s Tasks, To-Do List, My Overdue Tasks, My Completed Tasks

and Task History and Monthly Report.

Monthly Report can help Managers to filter tasks of the current

month based on Project, Person or Task Type.

Includes email notifications for task creation, task updates and

overdue updates.


The site keeps employees informed about their tasks and details

related to it.

This site helps employees and managers to be constantly updated

about a task status through email notifications.

It helps employees by sending notifications based on due date to

avoid task delay.

time saving environment for having their Lunch and snacks which

makes Employee's life easy at Indusa.

• EAT SMART allows employees to book table for having their

lunch/snacks for specific time period with their lunch group.

• The app will show the booked time slots.


• Avoid waiting time: Since the tables will be pre booked people

would not have to wait for the table to get vacant.

• Increase efficiency of employee: As each group will have their

slots books they will not have to wait which will save their time

and in turn will increase their work efficiency.

• Proper cafeteria management: The app will help to manage the

cafeteria area efficiently.

• Less chaos: Since there will be no one waiting in the cafeteria

there will be less chaos and hence will not affect the people

working around.
