 Dress  Code:  Matching  colours  of  long-­‐sleeved  formal  wear  for  boys  and  dress  for  girls      Our  Meetings:  5  April  2013,  8.30am-­‐10.00am  Meeting  at  Starbucks  Coffee  Shop  had  the  aim  for  the  preparation  of  the  1st  presentation  at  8th  April  2013,  our  members  that  have  our  own  tasks  show  our  progress  &  findings,  which  songs  we  have  picked  &  which  instruments  have  we  researched.    9  April  2013,  12  pm  It  turns  out  that  we  won’t  be  presenting  on  the  8th  of  April,  so  we  had  another  meeting  at  Taylor’s  Foodcourt  aiming  for  the  same  thing    11  April  2013,  1.30pm  This  was  a  private  meeting  between  the  music  planners,  but  me  and  Shika,  as  music  instruments  researcher  had  to  come  because  we  need  to  identify  which  instruments  are  used  in  the  songs.    

18  April  2013,  8pm  This  meeting  at  the  foodcourt  was  more  productive,  we  gathered  all  our  instruments  and  listened  to  the  song,  figuring  out  when  to  use  them  and  when  to  sing.  We  went  to  an  empty  classroom  for  privacy.    19  April  2013,  7am  For  the  people  who  can’t  make  it  the  day  before  the  meeting,  they  were  asked  to  come  in  this  meeting  to  know  when  to  use  their  instruments  and  when  to  sing.    CANCELLED  MEETING  AT  20  April  2013,  12.30-­‐8pm  This  meeting  was  cancelled  because  me,  Garnette  &  Alvin  had  a  sports  event  for  U-­‐Residents,  the  meeting  was  supposed  to  be  moved  from  12.30  to  8pm  but  Garnette  decided  to  cancel  it.    22  April  2013,  9am  We  met  at  Starbucks  and  went  to  an  empty  classroom  together,  practicing  our  vocals  and  beat.  Lee  Kuok  Wah  finished  making  transtions  to  our  songs.    23  April  2013,  9am-­‐12pm  This  was  the  day  we  decided  on  which  poster  we  would  use,  we  showed  the  whole  group  our  individual  poster  then  made  Alvin’s  poster  as  the  group  poster.  This  was  also  the  day  we  decided  on  our  costume.    25  April  2013,  7pm  After  Malaysian  Studies,  we  had  dinner  together  then  went  to  an  empty  classroom  to  enhance  our  vocals  and  beat  of  our  performance    CANCELLED  MEETING  AT  28  April,  6-­‐11pm  We  met  at  12pm  at  E3.12  but  some  people  didn’t  see  the  announcement  on  facebook  so  only  a  few  came  which  resulted  in  a  cancellation,  it  was  moved  to  6pm  but  other  people  couldn’t  make  it  again.  

 1  May  2013,  whole  day  2  days  before  the  performance  so  we  had  to  be  very  serious  about  our  progress,  we  made  our  transitions  between  songs,  choreography  and  had  dinner  together.    2  May  2013,  10am-­‐10pm  We  practiced  for  the  first  time  at  LT20,  knowing  where  our  positions  should  be,  along  with  a  last-­‐minute  drama  practice.
