The Interconnect Analytics solution collects information about all interconnect traffic and provides near real-time, historical and trend-based reporting and alarming on Key Performance Indicators KPIs from interconnect trunks – per carrier, per destination, per source or any combination thereof. The intuitive user interface presents interconnect quality information in real-time, enabling rapid re-routing should any interconnect partner not meet stated and agreed performance levels.

An easy to use GUI gives full access to all events, KPIs, reports and keys included in Interconnect Analytics. The KPIs cover both Answer Seizure Ratio (ASR) and Network Effectiveness Ratio (NER) for outgoing and incoming traffic, call volumes, conversation time, protocol error, signalling volume etc. and can be used in conjunction with pre-defined and configurable keys.

SLA REPORTING AND ALERTING

The Network Interconnect reporting packages

are ideal for the monitoring, proactively

management and verification of SLAs and

to send alerts by using KPI-based alarms.

Predefined KPIs help operators to verify the

traffic volumes, network performance of the

interconnect partners, Quality of Service or any

other SLA parameter. This verification can be

performed while using predefined reports and

dashboards or viewed from the activity of alarms.

To simplify internal processing and reporting,

scheduled dashboards are commonly used to

send information to the appropriate manager

by mail on a regular basis.

The Interconnect Analytics solution provides
