LATENESS
First step to curing lateness is
acknowledge you have a problem!
Be conscious of time
• Check your watch is the right time
• Synchronise
• Plan your morning
Wake up when you are supposed to
Snoozers are losers!!!
Move your alarm clock to the other side of your
bedroom so that you have to get out of bed to turn it
off.
Commit yourself to being 15 minutes early
for everything
Observe yourself, see where you waste the
most time
Make a note of where you need to be
Keep organised – Plan the night before
Go to sleep on time
Don’t fool yourself into thinking nobody will notice
Its your responsibility SORT IT OUT!!
