Made in the Longwood Florida, by NDI Recognition Systems, the Road Warrior™ is a complete dual-purpose License Plate Recognition System and Variable Message Board trailer on wheels. It allows the most rapidly deployed critical tool of its kind for law enforcement, public safety, security and administration. Its purpose built platform design literally allows covert license plate recognition deployments in less than 10 minutes. The Road Warrior™ is powered by 6 deep-cell batteries augmented by a solar panel with approximately 10 days of use in the field before it needs to be recharged between 12-24 hours. Throughout the day and night when it reads a license plate of interest, a LIVE alert is sent to officers, administrators, computers, tablets, hand-held devices and email addresses through its secure cellular connection commonly alerting unregistered visitors, trespassed vehicles, invalid insurance, vehicles of interest, stolen vehicles/tags, sex offenders, terrorists and much more. It has been most commonly deployed for use at graduation events, sporting events, protests, entrances, thoroughfares, off-campus student housing, secure areas, areas with right of way legislation and anywhere, anytime you need it.

Road Warrior is an ultra-mobile configuration of VeriPlate, the most advanced automated license plate recognition solution available today. The Road Warrior VMS system is a feature-rich radar message sign system that incorporates NDI Recognition System’s ALPR technology. The variable message system (VMS) of-fers a fully programmable 24”x60” screen which holds up to 25 different mes-sages. In addition to its message capabilities, the Road Warrior VMS captures license plate information.
The Road Warrior system captures all license plate image data, reads it, and wirelessly alerts a variety of assets, including patrol vehicles, covert undercover vehicles, and handheld devices. Data is also transmitted to the Vehicle Intelli-gence Server and Communication Engine (VISCE™) database at headquarters where full historic search, pre- and post-incident analysis, and geo fencing ap-plications are available. The system is powered by heavy-duty deep-cell batter-ies augmented by solar panels. Under optimum conditions, the trailer can run up to seven days without recharging.
