Question 1• Emoticons are a good form off communication as it shows what mood you are in,
you need to be careful that you do not use too many emoticons as this will make it informal
Question 2• In a sentence or a quotation you need to be sure that you are using
the right spellings as this will make you look unprofessional and will show that you have not proof read your documents
Question 3• When you are writing a formal document you need to make sure that you
use the correct grammar, read it back to your self to see if it makes senseQuestion 4• When writing a word or a sentence you need to make sure that the
capitalisation is correct, this will flag up on MS word underlined in red if the capitalisation is incorrect

sense and that it has the right sentence structure, if you have this in a document it would be very informal

information you are looking for look for keywords such as ‘cars’ as this will most probably have something to do with cars Question 7
• You need to always proof read your work so that you can be sure there are no mistakes such as spelling mistakes and capital letters in the wrong place
