Key Benefits You detect a safety issue or deviation from the corporate

safety policy. SAP EHS Safety Issue allows any worker to log the issue with a mobile device by taking photos or videos of it. Workers can attach up to 4 photos or videos and can describe the observation by audio recording. User, location and date time information is added automatically. After recording, the issue is sent to the SAP EHSM Incident Management solution, where an incident or safety manager is automatically informed. The safety issue is then processed by the professionals. Workers can check items submitted and sort them by date, issue, or status. The app is primarily designed for occasional users within a company.

Agenda for Mobile Break-Out Sessions

• Overview of mobility capabilities and exemplar companies for this function (30 min)

• Brainstorming  discussions  “Value  Scenarios”  (2  hrs) o Catalog current mobility applications and their success levels o Select at least two employee segments to target in the function, include a Knowledge Worker

Segment and a Task Worker Segment o Brainstorm Value Scenarios leveraging slide 4 as a template for each employee segment, focus on the  “Job  Execution”  components

o Map  the  Value  Scenarios  to  the  “Mobility  Footprint”  Chart    and  then  further  brainstorm,  if  significant  gaps exist in a quadrant

o Finally vote on the Value Scenarios: Have each attendee place a red dot on their highest priority scenario and then place one of their three blue dots on their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choices
