Some projects at most of our customer sites will use the Project Schedule list with task dependencies.

This Project Schedule list also includes an optional import / export with Microsoft Project for Project Managers.

All customers use The Project Office template, where Senior Managers get visibility across multiple projects.

In Phase 2 of their deployments many customers then start to use the Work Manager Template, with the ability to accept incoming work requests and dispatch them to where they can be managed.

Some customers will move in phase 3 of their deployments to use the Project Request Manager template, where Portfolio Managers get to control what projects get approved.
