My iPhone 5s• The main thing that I use in my media

worldIs my iPhone 5s. This is different from the 5 due to the finger print scanner which I use to unlock my phone• On my iPhone I have a variety of apps. • I also use the camera which has built in

effects• There is also a new slow motion camera

which is fun to play with.• I mainly use my iPhone to do things such

as text, call and mail as this way you can easily socialise on the move.

• I also use app store and iTunes to instantly download music and apps onto my phone rather than transporting them from my laptop.

My iPhone Apps• I have apps for many different things • My main apps are ones to socialise. I have things

such as twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Vine. This are all ways that you can socialise online.

• I also have apps for planning my day. For example train line app and bus times app. This allows me to get bus and train times on the go rather than not knowing the times.

• I also have apps that help me with school work, such as media! I have a blogger app which means I can easily check the blog for any work that needs to be done instantly.

• Other apps that I enjoy are ones to control my other media such as controllers. I have a controller for my apple TV and a sky remote so that then I don’t have to have the controller to change the channel and I can even record things on the go.

Apple Mac• I mainly use my apple mac for homework on

programmes such as word and PowerPoint.• On the other hand I do use it for many other things

such as photo booth. This enables you to take pictures straight away and add different effects. You can even do green screens which I like.

• I also use iMovie in different subjects such as media. It is an easy way to edit movies to make a high end video.

• I use Photoshop on my laptop to edit pictures for my lessons such as photography. This enables me to make an image better than it originally was.

• The next thing that I use my Mac for is iTunes so that I can have music on my laptop as a back up.

• I finally use my apple mac to go on the internet: googling. This is normally used to research for my homework, get images for projects or even to look up anything that I want to know.

Television• I use my television to watch TV• I have different ways of watching TV: my

apple tv and my sky box• I like my apple TV as I can download movies

with my Apple ID. This however can be an issue as I do have to pay for what I want to watch. You can also connect this to your computer or iPhone which I like as you can play music from your phone onto your TV.

• In comparison, on Sky, you can get lots of movies on demand for free. This is why I would normally use Sky a lot more than I use my apple TV.

Cinema• Finally I do use different media that I do

not own such as watching films a the cinema

• I recently went to see About Time which is a time travelling, British Film. I really enjoyed this film.

• I then went to see Diana which is about Princess Diana. This was a good film as it entertained and informed. This was also a British Film.

• The only thing that I do not like about the cinema is that it is extremely expensive. This is why I would only normally go about once every three months.

• On the other hand if it is a special occasion or if I see a specific film I want to see then I would possibly go more than once.
