Strategy StatementThe NetIG’s objective is to be the global leader in the design, manufacturing

and deployment of pre-terminated structured cabling solutions. The means

for success is directly derived from understanding our customer applications,

success in their computing environments.

Corporate Climate

We want to foster employee empowerment through business decision own-

ership. We want to be a unique, positive energy workplace. We want our

customers (both internal and external) to view us as noticeably different from

our peers. Always exceed expectations. Take care and demonstrate interest

in employees and customers, from the top down. Prove to our partners that

creating success is infectious. Surround ourselves with personnel that dem-

onstrate initiative and a can do attitude-not with those that doubt and thwart

NetIG, LLC evolved from Carlyle Incorporated’s Network Infrastructure Group which began in the

mid 1970s. As Carlyle changed to support only the Aerospace Industry’s network cabling needs the

management of this Group purchased this division wholly, including the intellectual property, and

as of December 2008 does business as NetIG. The ownership team has over 50 combined years

in the network infrastructure business with Carlyle and NetIG. We look forward to continuing our

relationships with a renewed commitment to professionalism and responsiveness.

By combining the advantages listed,

we have delivered quality solutions to

our customers that meet their needs

for growth, scalability, reliability, and

emerging technologies in the SCS in-

dustry. We have competitors that offer

a scaled down version of our solutions

which is primarily due to the complex-

ity of executing a customized solution

delivery. We have tools and 15 years of

experience to do exactly this: by com-

parison our competition has about one

or two year’s experience. Our solutions

are customer proven and accepted. All product sets to be delivered with the Customer Intimacy model in place: Know the customer to solve his needs. Take the customer requirements and fulfill them like no one else can. Make our customers say “How did they do that” with superior innovation and responsiveness.

le CustomersOur intent is to maintain our current customer base, grow

it, and diversify it. Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, T-Mobile

and others will be managed with an open door policy to

our business. NetIG is an Engineered Solutions Manu-

facturer (ESM) for our customers. We will innovate and

remain responsive to our customer needs-two essentials

to our success. We have delivered solutions to custom-

ers extensively throughout the United States and over

15 countries globally saving literally millions of dollars in

construction spending. We have deployed solutions for

Data Centers and office space the largest being a mul-

timillion dollar project that earned us Microsoft’s Quality

Vendor of the Year for 2005. We have manufactured solu-

tions for multi story buildings with thousands of copper

and fiber ports and data centers with over two thousand

enclosures. From a nuts and bolts perspective, NetIG

has delivered structured cabling solutions to over 15

million square feet of data center space providing well

over 5,000,000 copper and fiber terminations and count-

ing. Working hand in hand with the installers, we ship

this material based on deployment schedules and zone

requirements. We provide the logistics to coordinate the

construction schedule by delivering material as needed.

Commitment to those Customers

MarketplaceStructured Cabling Systems (SCS) is our core busi-

ness. We have designed a set of solutions to de-

liver SCS products to the Data Center, TC, and

other niche segments with the cabling of a build-

ing. Whereas cabling of new and remodeled

spaces may decline in the short term as the global

economy adjusts, SCS systems in the Data Center

are expected to grow conservatively at a 10 to 30%

growth rate in each of the next five years per in-

dustry leaders at the 2009 BICSI conference. Para-

mount to the NetIG success is to capitalize on the

growing requirements for preterminated products

due to shifts in cabling designs and maturity of

those designs. Data Centers are shifting to “POD”

cabling where the compromise of centralized vers-

es distributed architectures has become a sweet

spot that lends itself to preterm solutions. The

same holds true for the traditional hierarchical star

cable design. Extending fiber closer to the work-

station and creating a zone cabling approach lends

itself to preterm solutions to the workplace. Access

floor system installation also lend itself towards a

Zone distribution approach –another perfect ap-

plication for preterm. Our existing marketplace of

both traditional and NetIG product distribution is

our model for the marketplace.
