performance• As users are increasingly accessing services and content

from OTT providers over your networks• This makes it difficult to generate economies of scale

to everyone• Focus, segmentation and service relevance are important• In order to be profitable, you need to be a dominant player with

a large market share or a niche player with a small market share providing value added services
