Integration
- Designed to bring to Outlook CRM data related to contacts, calendar events, tasks and emails in the user’s Outlook to give the user CRM context on these Outlook data.
-Only Outlook Contacts, Events and Tasks are synced, and emails are saved to Salesforce.com.
- Other CRM records are not synchronized, rather online lookup is made on Salesforce.com to bring data to Outlook for review.
- Users need connection to the Salesforce.com application to be able to view and edit Salesforce.com data in Salesforce.com web interface.
