So what do we think of ClickTale?

• Limitations:

1. You cannot understand user’s motivations or goals

2. You can't understand the users' context or environment

3. Does not offer the same deep insights as usability testing

4. Limited use for dynamic content or forms e.g. AJAX forms

• Pros:

1. Video session playback excellent
