What happens here…

• At the Lab we aren’t afraid to be spiritual – we aren’t trying to sell you a religion, and we won’t try and dress it up to make it look better than it is.

• But… we want you to be comfortable. During our worship time please feel free to join in or to refrain from singing, to sit or to stand. We just ask that you keep an open mind and are tolerant of the views and actions of those around you.

…In the meantime please make yourself comfortable. Feel free to chat to those around you or to take this time to put away any distractions before we start and focus on the now.
