• PowerPoint’s various views
enable you to see your
presentation in a variety of
ways.

view, slide sorter view, notes
page view, slede show
view, reading view.
• You can modify your
presentation’s view by
changing its color.

on the screen, if you zoom out
you can see the entire slide; by
zooming in, you can inspect one

presentations in several
different file formats.
• By default, PowerPoint aligns text
along the left margin.
• There are the feautures of aligning
text to the right, left, center and to
justify.

less room between lines of a
paragraph, and also between

• PowerPoint’s Quick Styles allow you to
quickly format any text box or
placeholder with a combination of fill
border, and effect formats to make the
object stand out on the slide.

• A bulleted list is a set of
paragraphs (two or more) that
each starts with a bulleted
symbol.
• PowerPoint enables you to create
columns in text boxes to present
information you want to set up in
lists across the slide but do not
want to place in PowerPoint tables.
• Sometimes it is possible you
want the Microsoft PowerPoint
spelling or grammar options to
ignore misspellings in some
texts.• If you don’t like the colors used in
the theme you’ve chosen, you can
change them. You can select the
colors from some other theme, or
you can create your own color
theme.
• Each theme supplies a two fonts
to be applied to headings and
text. Each font theme’s name is
the same as the theme from
which it came.
• The same background
options for text boxes also
apply to slide backgrounds.

• A footer, date or slide
number is a text that
repeats at the bottoms of
each slide in a presentation.
• Sections offer an easy way
of selecting groups of slides
together, so you can move
them, format them, or even
delete them.
