BUT;
WE WERE EARLY ADOPTERS AND COMPETitiION WAS FEW – we might
have got better conditions with more competition
Recently, all our online applications were down for more than 4
hours and we could not do anything about it but damage control
towards our customers
Our employees never noticed that they moved to the cloud, they
might have enjoyed an improved service (response times,
availability…)
Lessons learned
Cloud computing is a perfect match with our company
