~Drill hole & Sanding edge of Pig’s face and back/ Sanding dowels~ Wednesday 27/04/11
Today I finished drill hole. I had to drill
hole like this picture. I used G clamps to
hold tow bases together. Emotion-
before drill hole, I felt ‘it’s very easy’, but
actually the G clamps are kind of heavy and I
had to hold G clamps. So it was little bit
difficult. When I finished drill hole, I get tired,
because of G clamps. I had to hold G clamps stronger. Then it
wouldn’t move and I wouldn’t drill hole different position. First time,
I didn’t hold G clamps strong so the drill pit
touch with pig’s face and back, it moves
and I shaved little bit to different position.
Anyway I finished drill hole. Next, I sand
edge of Pig’s face and back. First time, I was
using sanding block and sand paper to sand
edge of pig’s face and back. But Ana and Diane
said ‘file is more easy to sand edge of
Pig’s face and back.’ So I changed to file
and sand it. It was easy and fast, but it
would be

rough. After sanding Pig’s face and back, I sand Dowel’s middle. I
haven’t finished it all. So NEXT class will be sand others dowel, and I
will make rounds for inside of dowels. The spheres will be like this.
The spheres size will bigger then width between one dowel and one
dowel.
AOI-Approaches to learning (ATL)
Today my friend approached me to
learning different usage of tools. Like file
and sand paper. Those tools are for sanding, but
file is more easy and fast for sand edge of Pig’s
face and back.
