How ai/smt parts come out

In the picture is raw materia for ai/smt parts,one kind of special steel .

Now we are going to know how is the journey form steel plate become a precise ai/smt spare part.

We put the raw materiaon the EDM machine .There is a electriferous wire in this machine to incise the raw materia plate

After EDM machine we got this .the ''inside forming'',''inside cutter'' and ''guide jaw'' in AI machine.

We also use CNC machine to incise rew materia,it's depend onwhat shape of parts we need to make

That is what CNC machine makes by raw materia,AI parts:''cutting base''&''head''

What will happen on the plate's journey after CNC/EDM machine?

After CNC/EDM machine processingthe parts will be finish machining by grinder.

So what's next station after grinder on the plate's journey?

the answer is testing stagewe have many testing procedureincluding optical detection,instrument detection&jig..
