The newest version of the industry standard has developed PTH SOLUTIONS INC. into a leading organization to support domestic and global integration of products and services to every tier of the supply chain. PTH SOLUTIONS INC. provides high-complexity, low to medium volume subsystems and assemblies to many segments of the industrial and commercial markets. Facility We offer a unique facility designed to support streamline manufacturing and process oriented controls. Our job flow is documented in every stage of the process from incoming component inspection to final packaging. Our process flow environment is designed for both fixed manufacturing lines but also can offer flexibility for ramp up or product change activities. We use controlled documentation system to maintain all records and traceability information on each lot of product built. All records use a hard copy/ soft filing system. All of our products use the latest equipment for both manufacturing and for quality validation processes including test and performance. Equipment calibration is performed by both internal periodic schedules using factory/industry standards and also a third party calibration vendor. Company Code of Ethics/Responsibility PTH SOLUTIONS INC. endorses responsibility to our community and the associations that we do business with. Our code of ethics promotes the obligation to making our workplace a fair and safe environment while supporting growth and rewards for excellence. In addition, we are obligated to and expect our customers to comply with a code of ethics for which we have contractual agreements. Product Liability PTH SOLUTIONS INC. provides warranty and service support for all of the products delivered to our customers. This is standard for all manufactured parts built in our facility but limited to materials from OEM’s (original equipment manufacturers) that require original equipment warranties such as electronics, custom parts/components and consigned materials. Please contact us for further product warranties and service support. Service Overview PTH SOLUTIONS INC. offers a variety of services to support customer requirements for standard and non-standard products. Services provided includes maintenance, repair, modifications and replacement of products either built or not built originally by PTH SOLUTIONS INC.. Our support staff of program managers and engineers will assist with a variety of requirements including materials, application and testing. All services rendered are backed by our warranty.
