We speak about "the quality relations". The concept "quality" became very actual in recent years, especially in Russia. Please remember, how many time you underpaid, and then overpaid?

Quality consumers demand, about quality advertizing shouts, about quality constantly speak at meetings … but time steadily reduces quality of goods and services, and only professional approach and timely measurement of quality, allows to supervise it.

QR (quality relation), QI (quality informing), QP/S (quality product or service)

To create the qualitative relations, specialists in communications have to carry out high-quality informing (QI) of internal audiences for creation of a qualitative product or service (QP/S).

Quality control through feedback

After creation qualitative products/services it is necessary to carry out advance and high-quality informing of external audiences for goods sale. Receiving feedback from external audiences and translation of this information among internal audiences gives an impetus to creation of even more qualitative product and loyalty increase as collective, and consumers.

tools, technologies and to percent of each tool in the general portfolio of the company, respectively. Absolute and relative measurement of possible coefficients (M, SR, CR, MR, PR, GR, ER, IR).

Qrecommendation• On the basis of the created

communication card and the private analysis of QR of experts making recommendation and about change and adjustment of coefficients for the solution of objectives.

Qreload• After implementation of

recommendations, repeated QR the analysis with recalculation of all components, for definition of change of coefficients and an assessment of a new formula QR for the company

Qresults• Assessment of efficiency of Quality

Relation actions, and also cut by efficiency of achievement of the designated ultimate goal.
