1. Sign in to your Google Local Business Listing Center account at www.google.com/local/add

2.1 If you have more than one listing, you’ll see dashboard like this. At the far right there’s an 'Actions' column. Click Delete on the listing you wish to remove.

2.2 If you have only one listing, you’ll see a dashboard like this. Look at the right column then you’ll see Delete this listing right here

3. You'll be brought to a page with two options, please perform action as shown below.

Once you have made your selection, click Save Changes.


Address and phone/fax numbers are the important details that will influence the verification options provided by Google when we create a new(born) listing for you. We consider the contact information on your new website the current one. Therefore, the contact information on business listings (not only Google/Yahoo but also all that you might have submitted to other local directories) must sync with website’s. For clients who already submitted your listing to Google Maps and decided to let Pronto manage your listings, we’ll do actions based on current listing status that match any conditions described in the table. (see table on next page)
