Who we are• Technology Training & Enablement (TTE) is part of the Information Services (I.S.) division. We support London Life and Canada Life, and their distribution channels. We’re here to help make technology work for you.

What we do• Our objective is to help maximize your performance and drive down the cost of support through technology training. We’ll analyze your training needs through gap, risk and cost analysis.

• Our Regional Technology Training Specialists (RTTSs) deliver comprehensive training and support to field staff on the use of new and existing corporate and I.S. technology.

Regional Technology Training Specialists

• RTTSs are located across Canada. They support a variety of business partners, including Freedom 55 Financial field management and their financial security advisors and operations teams.

• They also work with product specialists; Wealth & Estate Planning Group advisors, their support staff and our other corporate partners.

• RTTSs are in most major financial centres weekly and provide both group and one-on-one training using adult learning practices and principals.
