• Product Managers- Oversee the research, billing operations development, vendor /suppliers of new product development. Also conduct refreshing existing products, contractual negations and final builds for new and refreshed from internal Alpha through Beta and finally all consumer release.
• Product Marketing- Set Pricing, Set Strategy based on demographics, trends, competitive landscape. PM also assigns pricing. Sets the budgets and scheduling of launch
• Integrated Marketing- Develop the messaging based on input from a Strategic Brief on all consumer facing touch points. Also responsible for coordinating tactical deployment in conjunction with the various tactical department personnel.
• Marketing Services- Responsible for Creative execution and production on WWW, Online Store, Emails ,Landing Pages , POS , Training & Incentives, Welcome Kits
• Gillespie Agency -Our external Direct Mail Agency responsible for Creative execution and production.
• Advertising Agency- Hauser & Lowe • Media Agency-Media Vest- Planning and purchasing arm for General Media Team
