What is SAP Student Entrepreneurship Program • The SAP Student Entrepreneurship program is an extension to the existing SAP University

Alliances program

• The SAP University Alliances Student Entrepreneurship program provides a dedicated platform for

university entrepreneurship centers, startup incubators, and entrepreneurship chairs to integrate

elements or the entire program into their existing programs to support young entrepreneurs.

The 2014 targets for the SAP Student Entrepreneurship program are:

• 100 universities globally joining the program

• 10,000 students involved

• 100 student startups

SAP Student Entrepreneurship Program Details• Purpose: to encourage student entrepreneurship and early startups to use SAP’s innovation

technology platform to develop new applications and launch successful startup ventures. The

program prepares students for the SAP Startup Focus program or to become an entrepreneur.

• Expected outcomes: development of new solutions across SAP’s innovation technology platform

and applications leveraging SAP HANA, SAP Mobile Platform, and analytic solutions from SAP that

enable a future in which mobile-enabled organizations leverage social data in real time and create

exceptional experiences for their customers.

• Technology: students gain access to SAP’s technology platform including SAP HANA.

SAP Student Entrepreneurship Program Details• Focus for engagements: university entrepreneurship centers, startup incubators, and

entrepreneurship chairs, supported by SAP University Alliances.

• Duration: this is an ongoing program.

• Resources: students gain access to SAP technical experts and mentoring, including

entrepreneurship curriculum.

• Community: SAP Student Entrepreneurship Community and the University

Entrepreneurship network.

• Software and services: Start-up software package including services to run a start-up.
